Why Anti-Aging to Lose Weight?
It’s about turning back time.
Although most people lose twenty to thirty pounds their first month, it’s about a lot more than just that. It’s also about having more energy, not having brain fog, not having your joints hurt as much. For many getting to reduce or come off their meds.
You have your chronological age and your biological age. Your chronological age is your actual age. Your biological age is your age according to the state of your health. It works like this. If someone does the program and not only do they lose weight quickly, but brain fog goes away, their hair and skin are better, they can go up and down stairs easily without holding onto the railing, have they decreased or increased their biological age? That’s right, they’ve decreased it. On the other hand, if they didn’t know about the program, gained another 15-20 pounds and had to take an additional blood pressure medication, they can't concentrate because they were so foggy headed that their daughter has to help figure out the monthly bills, and they now have to go up and down stairs one leg at a time holding on to the railing. Have they decreased or increased their biological age? That’s right, they’ve increased it.
So, you see, losing weight with anti-aging isn’t just about losing weight. It’s also about doing more like you did when you were younger and living longer but on your terms.
